Standard Delivery (UK)
Purchases incur a minimal delivery charge but is subject to volume ordered.
We aim to deliver all products within 3-7 working days (providing your item is available)


International Delivery

Delivery charges will vary depending on the weight and destination of your order, so please contact us with the contact form found at the bottom of http://www.bananacreative.co.uk and we will get back to you with a quote and estimated delivery time.
Smelly Beaver products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return it, please contact us with the contact form found at the bottom of http://www.bananacreative.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Returns should be made within 30 days of receipt and you will be liable for return postage fees. For all returns we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage. If your goods arrive broken or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.

Payment & Pricing

All prices shown are in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order. Payment can be made through paypal and will be debited from your account at the time of ordering.
